Thing 2

When I type "Thing 2" I can't help but think of The Cat in the Hat--maybe because I was dressed like "the cat" for Read Across America Day yesterday! But, the Web 2.0 and Library 2.0 discussion is definitely interesting on a totally different level. I agree that all libraries have to keep up with all aspects of technology in order to serve clients. In an elementary school I will not be doing all the things that could be done, and I am not whiz kid at technology, but I do like it and want to be more familiar with what is current in the profession, even though I am retiring at the end of the year! So, even though this is taking more time than I have I am determined to do it!
